Since taking over CrossFit Macomb in 2017, I’ve been on a journey of learning, refining, and redefining the gym’s mission and purpose. What started for me as a passion for helping people master movements like the clean and jerk and achieve physical feats they never imagined, has evolved into something much deeper.
While the physical accomplishments are important and fulfilling, what truly drives me is seeing people gain confidence, self-integrity, and belief in their ability to chase big goals, both inside and outside the gym. As a team, myself the staff, and our community have created a space where it’s safe to try and fail, to connect with others, and to leave behind the stress of the outside world. It’s the best hour of your day. Not only do you get to build your best self here, the work you put in is bleeding out, helping you show up stronger, more confident, and more present outside these walls.
While we continue to love and support the CrossFit methodology, we’re also excited to expand into other training styles. There are so many paths to fitness, and each one brings powerful benefits when you commit to the journey. We want to reach more people, meet a wider range of needs, and continue building a diverse, inclusive, and powerful community.

This name change ( and new look ) will allow us to fully step into our own unique brand that includes CrossFit, but also gives us freedom to expand into a variety of training styles. We know fitness, and there is nothing more important to us than giving our community access to the life-changing benefits that come from committing to a consistent fitness journey.
We are in it for the long haul.
The ability diversify in different styles of training will not only grow our community, but ensures we can continue making a long term impact— adapting, evolving, and supporting every phase of your fitness journey.
