Regardless of how many times I walk by you with that judgey face telling you to “make a better choice” on your weights, my goal isn’t to take every last ounce of energy from you and make you miserable for 20 minutes. (I promise 😉) Despite how it feels some days, the biggest goal is to open your mind to the possibility that you are capable of more, even if it looks impossible.
The hardest part, committing the time—and you already have that covered! How you use it will make the biggest difference on your progress and ability to do things you never thought you could. It’s not about showing up everyday and killing yourself, but it is about allowing yourself to shimmy a little outside that comfort zone once in a while.
